Room was infested with bugs - door didn't lock securely - check-in clerk was friendly and helpful, but management didn't care about the problems - Aug 2010
Building wasn't in perfect condition - room needed some maintenance - AC wasn't that powerful, so we had to put a fan in the room - toilet didn't flush properly - staff was wonderfully accommodating and took good care of us whenever we needed anything - we'd stay again - Jul 2007
