Our 1st-floor room was right outside the staff door; employees were noisy, and their children ran around on Saturday - light switch by the door didn't work - fridge didn't work - beds were comfortable - in-room coffee wasn't bad - lamps and TV weren't plugged in - TV schedule wasn't correct - bathroom was clean, but the hair dryer didn't work - computer wasn't working when we checked out, so we weren't able to get a receipt; none was mailed to us as promised - we didn't try the continental breakfast - won't return - Apr 2012
