Close to the mall and trendy uptown areas - had to have key cards reprogrammed every other day - hallway carpeting was stained and worn - there was confusion over the length of our stay, but it was handled to our satisfaction - staff was helpful and attentive, but we were puzzled that the front desk clerks didn't relay our stay dates to housekeeping - Dec 2007
