Room door was open when we arrived - had a microwave and fridge - carpet was so filthy it turned my feet black - only one towel and washcloth provided for 3 people - "hot breakfast" was make-your-own waffles - wouldn't stay again and don't recommend - Mar 2008

Close to the Expo Center, but surrounding neighborhood was scary - trash bags were piled up outside guest rooms - curtains had water stains - furniture needed attention - didn't see housekeeping any of the 4 days we were there - had to get fresh towels from the front desk - facilities needed improvement - Jul 2007

A bit hard to find - excellent value - room was clean and spacious - fantastic beds - liked the big TV - had a number of guest computers - nice service - wonderful pool and hot tub - breakfast was good - Oct 2009
Near the interstate - major upgrades underway, so everything wasn't working properly - no stopper in the sink - didn't like being charged for in-room safe - front desk clerks were new and untrained, but pleasant - good breakfast and afternoon snacks - Oct 2007
