Room light didn't work, so I didn't see that there were steps going down; I fell and hurt my ankle when I entered - room was dirty - beds were in horrible shape, and we woke up with bug bites - found garbage under the bed - a roach got into my purse - no wastebaskets - towels were yellow - lobby reeked of smoke, and the glass wall between the office and lobby was covered in nicotine - Jun 2008
