Room needed better lighting - light switch in the room entry didn't work; I tripped over a crib when I arrived - took a long time to get hot water for a shower, and the bathtub didn't drain well - housekeeper ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door - nice check-in clerk, but I argued with another clerk who falsely accused us of smoking in the room - Apr 2009
