Despite calling well in advance to make sure I would have a non-smoking room, I was given a smelly smoking room - toilet was filthy; clerk came to clean it, but didn't offer an apology - luckily, bed sheets were clean - front desk clerk and customer service representative I spoke with the next day were both rude and unhelpful - a terrible experience - Jul 2007
