Room was large, nice, and clean - bed and pillows were soft and comfortable - got a 15% discount since my dog was having surgery at MSU - good breakfast - really enjoyed my stay - Sep 2007
Room was clean and relaxing, but could've used overhead lighting - liked how beds and living area were separated - beds and pillows were excellent - provided delightful extras like different coffee choices and chai tea - staff was friendly and helpful - when front desk clerk saw my bicycle she immediately switched our room to ground level - great place to stay - Sep 2007
Non-smoking room smelled a bit like smoke - exceptional staff was professional and accommodating - we were pleased and highly recommend - May 2007

Cabana room wasn't clean, and didn't have a coffee pot, iron, or hair dryer; even after complaining, we never got them - no literature in room about amenities - bathroom had mildew - no valet service, had to get luggage to room via elevator and small flight of stairs - walkway outside our room was littered with beer bottles and old bricks, ashtrays were overflowing - we were given a small credit - expected better - Jun 2007
