The next day I asked to have the floor vacuumed and the bedding changed, and the clerk asked if I had gotten a flyer that room servicing wasn't available at the time. After negotiating for the services I needed, she finally agreed to have the housekeeper leave a vacuum and clean linens in front of my room door. When I objected to having bed linens dumped on the floor, she said I could come to the front desk and get them. I finally hung up on her. Five minutes later, the housekeeper arrived and had brought the vacuum, bedding, and towels. I ended up cleaning the room myself. I wasn't provided enough toilet paper for my stay, either.
