We were able to get 3 rooms together - rooms were great - staff was helpful - nice pool - loved the 4-hour breakfast buffet by the pool - had a shuttle service - great stay - Aug 2009
Located near Valleyfair - room wasn't clean - poor service - I wasn't satisfied - Aug 2008
Nice room - check-in was slow - unpleasant staff; we were there for a wedding and weren't given a gift bag that was left for us, so we had to keep asking for it - when we called about our room being too hot the front desk clerk told us we should've called earlier - pool was great - we'd probably stay again, but staff should've been more kind - Dec 2007
