  Room was clean - key cards didn't work properly - Jun 2008

  Two of our three rooms were fine - numerous problems in 3rd room were eventually corrected - nice garden court - reservation mix-up was courteously resolved - Jun 2007

  Located in questionable neighborhood - room was dingy and dirty, but bed was comfortable - needed new carpet and shower curtain - lobby was attractive - Dec 2006

  Run-down, needed renovations - ceiling in room was coming down, trash on floor - comforter and curtains were badly worn - had to wait for front desk clerk to let us in at 8 PM, and he wasn't attentive - Jun 2006
