Great location on the water, lovely view of Mackinac Island - reasonable rates - carpet in room was so filthy it turned our socks black - front desk clerk was on the phone when we arrived, and didn't even look up for 10 minutes - pool was a bit cold, had a little deck in the parking lot - nice waffle bar, but the wait was long, and we had to wait a half hour for seating in the breakfast room - Aug 2008
Room was clean and in wonderful condition - the fridge was a nice extra - loved the hot tub in the room - bed was extremely comfortable - front desk staff was rather unfriendly - great place - Jun 2008
Room was spectacular - appreciated the cleanliness and view of the lake - staff was friendly and courteous - we were impressed and plan to stay again - Jun 2007
