Good location - hotel needed some serious remodeling - needed new carpeting and bedding - customer service was poor - we forgot our daughter's prescription glasses and called hotel right away to report it to lost-and-found - a few hours later clerk verified the glasses were found, so we provided our address and credit card information for shipping; we never received them and after calling a few times we were told there wasn't any record of glasses being retrieved - Jul 2007
