Close to the highway, restaurants, shopping, Birch Run, and Frankenmuth - reasonable price - hotel was clean - had trouble with the key card, and room was too cold when we arrived - friendly staff - complimentary breakfast was excellent and presented well, had convenient hours - Nov 2007
Property looked worn - lobby smelled strange - staff wouldn't let us check in early - we went elsewhere - Sep 2007
Key card access to building security doors didn't work - bedside lamp was broken - used bar of soap stuck to shower ceiling - many amenities were out of order including hot tub, ice machine, and pop machines - bad experience - Jun 2007
