Nothing was done about unruly guests in room above ours, despite our complaints - staff seemed to have problems with English only when we asked them to explain things to us - we were told the manager wasn't available, but just seconds later, we saw him behind the counter - a dreadful place - Feb 2010
Good location and rates - room was beautiful - excellent service - parking was secure and close to the room - Dec 2008
Good value - room and lobby were clean and attractive - felt secure with walled security and 24-hour guard - staff took too long to stop party outside our unit - pool was lovely - we'd stay again - Dec 2006
