Close to Prometric Testing Center - hot water in shower worked, but not the cold - I asked for another room, but had the same problem - wasn't fixed until the next morning, and I wasn't informed that it had been fixed - breakfast attendant tried to charge me, even though I'd signed up for continental breakfast - May 2007
Not much in the area - bed was comfortable - only one tiny shampoo and small bar of soap provided - Dec 2006

Enjoyed my stay - kitchen area was one of the best features - callers had a hard time reaching me because hotel line was busy, or no one answered - I'll definitely stay again - Aug 2005
