Room was huge - had to fix the toilet repeatedly because the flusher kept coming apart - key card didn't work my 2nd day, and I was locked out of the hotel - I felt safe - friendly staff, but the front desk clerk acted like I'd insulted her when I asked about discounted rates for frequent stays - Jan 2011
