We were initially put in a handicap room with a broken bed - phone made a continual scratching noise - the shower flooded the bathroom - unmarked button outside the room was an alarm, not a doorbell as we assumed - we were grudgingly allowed to change rooms, but were put in a room by the noisy elevator - AC was broken - beds in 2nd room were comfortable - wonderful sheets and towels - pool was nice, but wasn't heated - not a fan of this hotel - Jul 2009
