We were initially put in a handicap room with a broken bed - phone made a continual scratching noise - the shower flooded the bathroom - unmarked button outside the room was an alarm, not a doorbell as we assumed - we were grudgingly allowed to change rooms, but were put in a room by the noisy elevator - AC was broken - beds in 2nd room were comfortable - wonderful sheets and towels - pool was nice, but wasn't heated - not a fan of this hotel - Jul 2009
Hotel was attractive - we weren't moved to our reserved room as promised the 2nd day - room wasn't cleaned one day - May 2009

We were put in a handicap room; didn't like the kitchen set-up or the hand-held shower - fitted sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming off - no housekeeping service, so it was hard to get clean towels - appreciated the laundry facility - didn't like these accommodations - Sep 2008
