Room wasn't ready at check-in; it was large and clean, but didn't have a coffee maker, trash can, or TV remote control - hair dryer was broken - staff provided poor service; I was told they didn't have microwaves available, but somehow got one the next day after complaining - vending machines on 3rd and 4th floors took my money but didn't give me any water, so I had to buy bottled water from the front desk - won't stay again - Oct 2008
