Easy to access - had to ask twice to have the phone turned on - front desk clerk was rude; we had to ask for breakfast vouchers, and she gave us some for the wrong day - manager never returned our call - vending machines ate our money - ice machine made slush, not ice - nothing was done about tailgate parties by the back entrance - disappointed - Jul 2011
