  Our smoking room was dirty and smelled terrible - TV speaker was broken and made a terrible buzzing noise; it was replaced, but there was no remote control for the 2nd TV - no hot water for showers our 2nd day - toilet didn't flush properly - room wasn't cleaned during our stay; garbage wasn't emptied, bed wasn't made, and used towels were left on the floor - front desk clerk was rude when I complained - an awful stay - Oct 2008
