Non-smoking room was dirty and smelled like smoke - TV remote control didn't work - staff never brought extra pillows as promised, so I had to go to the desk at night to get them - employees were rude - front desk clerk was more interested in going outside to smoke than in taking care of guests - I'll never stay again - Nov 2011
