Good location - overpriced for the quality - carpet in room was dirty - shower had hair in it - breakfast wasn't worth eating - Nov 2007
Exterior was nice, but room needed cleaning, painting, and new carpet - smelled like mildew, and needed better soundproofing - bedding was soiled; when we asked for new bedding, housekeeping was out of clean linens - we went to the store and bought bedding ourselves - ground-floor window was unlocked and open upon arrival - rude front desk clerk threw a business card on the counter and told me to call later when I asked for a comment card - Oct 2007

Not a good value - room was dusty, and the TV screen was greasy - blanket and bedspread weren't clean, though the sheets and towels were - needed better soundproofing to block out noise from disruptive guests - we weren't able to get into our room until after 5 PM, and we were then asked to pay a security deposit - seemed as if staff wasn't prepared for the crowds - pool was tiny, and hot tub was full of men drinking beer; the noise was unbelievable - breakfast area was in the lobby, and there were only 5 or 6 small tables - I was disappointed - Apr 2008
