Hotel was nice, but needed better soundproofing to block out train noise - queen-sized beds would've been a huge improvement - wonderful staff went the extra mile to accommodate our needs; the cappuccino maker was broken, so the front desk clerk fixed it and brought a cup to our room - Jan 2008
