Ideal location - beautiful building, but needed upkeep - room door needed weatherstripping - heard noise from the laundry room - beds were comfortable - heat light and exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work - faucets were loose and leaky - guest computer area was nice and convenient - staff was helpful and courteous at all times - hot tub water was murky - restaurant food wasn't good - not enough luggage carts - no elevator - won't return - Oct 2009
