We were "upgraded" to a smoking room that we rejected - AC worked well - beds were comfortable - good breakfast buffet - Aug 2010
Room needed better soundproofing - there were old potato chips in the corner - comforter was smelly, and there was a ladybug on the bed - lightbulb in the lamp was burned out - housekeeping didn't re-set the alarm clock after the last guest, so it went off at 6 AM - maintenance man wasn't told my room was occupied, and tried to come in using a key - nothing was done despite my complaint about kid running back and forth for hours upstairs - breakfast bagel was hard - checkout clerk didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay - not a nice place - Jan 2010
