Close to the Brookfield Zoo, restaurants, and shops - non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray - carpet was dirty and sticky - never got requested cot - when I asked for extra towels, the clerk made sure to tell me they were the last ones she had - nice front desk staff - pool area was locked; the clerk unlocked it, but the heater was broken and the water was too cold for swimming - not enough parking available - served its purpose, but I won't return - Apr 2012
