Desperately needed remodeling - hotel was infested with ants - room was filthy, and there was hair everywhere - ceiling was cracked - carpet needed vacuuming - AC didn't adequately cool the room, and kept cycling on and off - the fridge froze our food - plumbing was old - not enough toiletries provided, and the front desk clerk wasn't friendly when we asked for more - no one ever answered the front desk phone - luggage cart was warped - a terrible stay - Jul 2009
