Beautiful hotel - I was upgraded to a gorgeous room with a view of the lake - enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace on the main floor - resort had everything I could possibly want, from fine dining to shops - appreciated the secure parking garage - I will definitely stay again - Nov 2011

Room was clean, but needed better soundproofing - staff was friendly - young guests were a bit disruptive in the pool and whirlpool, and staff didn't check on them - May 2008
