Clean room - friendly check-in clerks - door to the whirlpool was broken, so staff had to let us in - breakfast was great, with lots of variety - I'd go back
Toilet overflowed, and all we got was a plunger; had to request cleaning and disinfectant - no compensation offered
Carpet needed to be replaced - lobby smelled like a bar - nice front desk staff - disappointed that pool was closed - never again
