There were cobwebs in the room corners - pillows were lumpy - found used soap in the bathroom - toilet was so loose it rocked - staff let us use a broom to sweep snow off our car
Front of hotel was under construction, so it was difficult to navigate the entrance - breakfast was carbs and cold boiled eggs; the coffee wasn't bad - parking lot was crowded with construction crew's vehicles - don't recommend
Seemed overpriced - room smelled like the bottom of an ashtray, and lights didn't work - had plumbing problems - housekeeping was nonexistent - continental breakfast needed improvement - terrible experience
Rates were high, but probably due to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally - shower needed better water pressure - staff was friendly - enjoyed the continental breakfast
