I had repeated problems with the key card before finding out my room was already occupied; front desk clerk didn't even apologize - I was given another room - manager didn't call me about this issue as promised
Nice room - wake-up call was 8 minutes late - service was excellent - had an airport shuttle - appreciated the free park and ride option
