Close to shops and restaurants - there was construction going on in front of the hotel
Bedspread was stained - had to ask for a TV remote control; the first one that was brought to us didn't work on our TV, so we had to ask for another - room wasn't cleaned our first day, and we didn't get fresh towels - we tracked down a housekeeper, who gave us clean towels and told us they didn't know the room was occupied - checkout clerk had no information about our reservation - won't stay again
