Good location - needed a bit of updating - staff was friendly
Conveniently located - room wasn't handicap-friendly - had trouble with the keys - restaurant menu lacked variety
Room needed better soundproofing - beds were comfortable - I'd recommend

Clean, spacious, wonderful room - beds were comfortable, with lots of pillows - check-in staff wasn't friendly - we waited 45 minutes for service at restaurant; food was good, but took a long time to arrive - nice hotel
