Non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke; when I complained, staff came to room and sprayed excessively - one room had a broken window, another had screens that were falling out - bathroom wall had a handprint on it - lampshade was filthy - breakfast was in the lobby; needed more seating - avoid this one at all cost
