Convenient location - room was clean, but located above a meeting room; wedding party kept us awake until 2 AM, and we only got a $30 discount as compensation - staff was helpful - won't stay again

About 5 miles from the Metro rail station, and 10 miles from the National Zoo - good restaurants nearby - affordable - clean and comfortable - good service - we weren't disappointed

Good location - no non-smoking handicap rooms available - had to call for more towels and washcloths

Room wasn't clean; we cleaned it and changed the bedding ourselves - front desk clerk didn't speak English well

Hotel was sub-standard and in relatively poor shape - needed new carpet and paint - 1st room was fairly dingy and needed attention - door wouldn't lock, so I changed to a room that was marginally better - if it hadn't been late I would've left and stayed somewhere else
