Good housekeeping - didn't feel safe because people were roaming around at all hours
Convenient to Kings Dominion - room door was hard to open - bedsheets weren't fitted - bathroom wasn't clean enough - had a hard time getting extra towels our 2nd day; the manager claimed he had footage of our son getting towels the night before - lobby restroom was dirty - playground equipment was broken and dangerous - don't recommend
Close to everything - needed better cleaning - staff was nice - not too bad
Great location near restaurants and shopping - room was nasty and smelled bad - housekeeping needed to remove ashes and cigarette butts - staff wasn't that friendly - not a good experience
Room we booked was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, but didn't - whirlpool was nice
