King room was filthy - there were bugs in the bed - towels were used - I was moved to a queen room, but no compensation was offered - employees were nice and courteous
Nice staff - breakfast was good - I was impressed
It was over 100 degrees the day we stayed; AC wasn't on in room when we arrived, and it never cooled the room adequately - we asked for a fan, but were told there wasn't one - a miserable stay
Room wasn't cleaned or vacuumed - good breakfast - needed improvement
