Room was clean - mattress wasn't comfortable - good experience
Good location - carpet was dirty
Close to shopping - room had cockroaches - had trouble with the door lock, and a repairman had to be called
Suite was clean - had a king bed, sofa bed, and kitchenette - efficient, friendly service - enjoyed the full breakfast - everything was fine
Comfortable hotel - front desk should've had a first-aid kit available - full complimentary breakfast was good - perfect place to rest
