Room with two beds was small; had to ask for a luggage rack - room usually wasn't cleaned until late afternoon - staff was friendly and helpful - nice breakfast, but the fresh fruit ran out early; not many selections for diabetics

Close to Dollywood - pool was too dirty to use, so we left after one day

Room was quiet, but smelled musty and felt damp

Room was quiet until a smoke alarm went off at 6 AM

Good location - room was small - no heat in the bathroom - staff was friendly - wouldn't stay again
