Front desk clerks never smiled or said hello to us - valet parking staff was friendly and always willing to help

Way too expensive - staff was helpful

Not a good value - we weren't warned about beach erosion and dredging going on 24 hours a day - wonderful place, but the condo had problems - room was well-decorated and had a beautiful view - faucet handles were backwards - toaster only toasted one side of the bread

Clean, organized hotel, but so large that we had to get rides almost everywhere - check-in was late; I didn't get in my room until 4:30 PM - disappointed that outdoor pool closed at 6 PM

Everything was first-class - marvelous experience - highly recommend
