Good rates - there was a spider in the room - carpet felt grimy - toilet handle was loose - not happy
Inexpensive - room was spacious - bed was comfortable
Near the highway and restaurants - room was clean, but heater was noisy - quick check-in and checkout
Walk to restaurants - hotel had roaches - housekeeping skipped cleaning my room more than once - had to get clean towels and trash bags from front desk - some clerks were unfriendly and unhelpful
