Good rates - liked the room decor - beds were comfortable - had a fridge - whirlpool closed too early - didn't like the eggs at breakfast
Housekeeper never vacuumed our room - no soap provided; had to ask for dishwashing detergent at the front desk - good breakfast - don't stay here
Room wasn't ready on time, so I was upgraded to a better room - not enough towels provided - good continental breakfast - I'd stay again
Room was clean, quiet, and spacious - wireless Internet worked well - breakfast buffet was well-appointed - a pleasant surprise
Not too far from Newport; busy area - room was comfortable and clean - some front desk clerks weren't overly friendly - elevator didn't work one night, and we were on the 3rd floor; it was repaired the next morning
