Great ambiance - the public areas were beautiful, but the room was nothing special - friendly service - no bellboy when we needed one - no children's menu offered at the restaurant - we were pleased
Perfectly charming small hotel - decor and attitude were European - staff couldn't have been more gracious and helpful - appreciated the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening - we loved it here
Great value - nice ambiance and views - liked the antiques - staff was courteous - good food, and appreciated the wine and cheese tasting - top-shelf hotel
Romantic, converted convent - comfortable room with a high ceiling - plumbing was noisy - liked the large flat-screen TV - pool, hot tub, patio, and atrium on roof were nice and clean - spotless workout room - enjoyed the complimentary coffee bar with strong coffee and heavy cream
Hotel didn't meet my expectations - room looked run-down and smelled - bathroom was 2nd rate - friendly staff - disappointing stay
