Hotel was quite dated and undergoing serious renovation

Housekeeper didn't change the bedsheets or remove trash from the previous guest as we requested; not sure she spoke English - don't recommend

Major renovation underway during my stay - room was clean - front desk clerk wasn't helpful; she couldn't give me directions, and when I asked for information, she told me to look it up on Google - nice continental breakfast

Close to Heinz Stadium and the casino - loved the lounge

Good location - beds were too firm - bathroom was disgusting - shower was grimy and didn't drain well - sink didn't drain well - soap holder was peeling and stuck on the soap - there were handprints on the wall
