  • Room was dirty - there was a large roach in the bathroom - no toilet paper provided - shower didn't drain well
  • Good rates - decent room - Internet connection worked well - staff was helpful - coffee was weak - ice machine was sometimes empty
  • Continental breakfast was lousy - a relaxing stay
  • Close to the mall and downtown Pittsburgh - room wasn't clean - there was mildew on the bathroom walls - continental breakfast was skimpy - not impressed
