Room smelled like smoke - carpet and bedding had burn holes - front desk was unattended when we went to complain, so we left and went to another hotel

Smelled like smoke - Internet password didn't work, and clerk was slow to resolve the problem

Good location - limited cable TV channels - had to pay for WiFi - no continental breakfast

Pleasant staff, and manager let me check in early

TV remote barely worked - found hair and used soap in shower - front desk was only open from 7 AM to 11 PM - I was disappointed
