  • Room was nice, large, and clean - fridge didn't work, and the replacement didn't work well enough - nice stay
  • Hotel was nice on the surface, but staff did nothing about guests who shouted and slammed doors until 3 AM - I'll never stay again
  • Close to the mall - "suite" was just a room with two double beds - room was small but clean - good breakfast; eating area was nice and clean
  • Across the street from Millcreek Mall - beds were comfortable - sofa bed mattress sagged - good variety at breakfast, but the coffee was weak and the juice was watered down
  • Loved the room layout - bedding was comfortable - good breakfast - it was a pleasure to stay here
