Room door needed weatherstripping - I couldn't sleep because of traffic noise, and noticed that the hotel supplied ear plugs - not enough hot water - breakfast room was too crowded, and the food was gone by 8 AM - a bad stay
Room was fine - not enough hot water - staff was courteous
Room was clean and in good repair - breakfast needed improvement - highly recommend
Conveniently located by the on and off ramps - room away from the freeway side was quiet, but had filthy carpet - front desk clerk was exceptionally nice - whirlpool was dirty - breakfast was all right and well-stocked, but didn't like how attendants were gossiping
Room had a mini-bar, but we had to buy ice from nearby mini-mart as every ice machine was out of order - manager was always unavailable - pool looked green, and courtyard was littered with cigarette butts and other trash - no scrambled eggs left at breakfast, and staff didn't replenish - unpleasant experience
