Convenient location - room was clean - extra pillows we requested weren't in the room when we arrived - lamp switch was missing; nothing was done when I reported the problem - housekeeping didn't replace the coffee - staff was friendly and helpful
Reasonable rates - good hotel - liked the on-site Perkins restaurant
Room wasn't clean when we arrived - the bed was messed up - there were dirty towels in the bathroom - no other rooms available, so we didn't stay - bad experience
Nice room, but AC was too noisy - good restaurant, especially the dessert
